Leading Safety team in Almajdouie Industries for Safe operation process
Responsibility
- Identify potential hazards by inspecting facilities & machinery, Managing Over All Risk Assessment, and Ergonomic Assessment.
- Recommend yearly Safety training plan for all employees in the facility, and Holding the necessary training courses in the field of safety & environment
- Preparing yearly measure tree of Safety & Environment (KPI, PPI, and API) by using Identify, Priorities and Assign the projects.
- Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements.
- Preparing Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and carrying “Contractor Management” process for all outside suppliers.
- Using Problem Solving Techniques & Root Causes through Accident Investigation.
- Monitoring daily Operational Activities on site & through daily operational meeting, and Identifying Safe Operation Procedures for that activities.
- Daily follow up of safety and environment observation & Managing Hazardous Tasks by applying Work Permit Program for daily tasks for both factory and running projects.
- Safety Representative of Total performance management team (TPM).
Achievement
- Achieving + 800 days Free Injuries for more 500 employees inside technical department.
- Pass ISO requirements and obtain ISO certification (SMS, QMS, OHSAS & EMS), and Follow up Environmental Record of facility with PME authority.
- Identifying Safe LOCK OUT - TAG OUT Procedures for all running Equipment, Machines and large Utilities inside the factory (+90 machine).
- Saving +9 Million SAR by managing Industrial Wastes (Recycle, Reuse & Landfill), and through Applying Environmental Target Setting project and Do It Yourself techniques for energy saving.
- Carrying Task Analysis for Maintenance tasks (+ 8000 task) under “4 Modes of intervention”, and Applying Machinery Safety-Zero Access programs for "Four" PET production line, "Eleven" HOD production line, "Ten" Husky & Plastic Machines.
- Lead Auditor of Nestle Functional Compliance Assessment for Safety and Health for Middle East & North Africa Zone.
- Nestle Champion for "Machinery Safety, LOTO & Environmental Sustainability" for Middle East & North Africa Zone.
Responsibility:
- Ensure implementation day-to-day activities of transportation inside Jordan Petroleum Refinery and Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating to safe transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions by Implementing of European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) for TOTAL Fleet.
- Ensure maintenance of TOTAL fleet vehicles in good running condition.
- Handling Safe loading and unloading operation process order inside Jordan Petroleum refinery, roads & inside final stations.
- Initiate cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
- Implement environmental laws, procedures and processes.
- Manage, supervise and evaluate all aspects of fleet distribution methods to achieve goals & improving efficiency.
- Preparing daily operation reports of the equipment’s in the plants (Pumps, Air Compressors, Blowers, Chillers, and R.O units).
- managing and maintaining water and sewerage feeding (input and output) operations across Libya plants
- Perform risk assessments, assess processes, taking measurements and interpreting data
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
