-Maintain all plant’s equipment & facilities at a high level of efficiency to reduce manufacturing costs.
• Schedule & execute corrective & preventative maintenance programs.
• keep records as technical logs for machine history; repair and overall maintenance
• Guarantee an adequate spare parts inventory & supply.
• Manage the right level of spare parts and do a risk assessment on the strategic spare parts and ensure that no machine stoppage due to lack of spare parts and work in parallel to maintain the spare parts cost per ton with the budget and work in spare parts localization.
• Applying ISO 9001/2000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
-• Execute corrective & preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot for problems as soon as possible.
• Communicate with suppliers of spare parts local and foreign.
• Study and prepare technical and financial offers.
• Lead, train and develop maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Repair & maintenance of electrical equipment including :
Transformers, MV Switchgears and Ring Main Unit.
LV Distribution boards, MCC Panels and Capacitor Bank.
Variable speed drives, soft starters, Inverters, and UPS.
Various types of Motors AC & DC and Generators
Circuit Breakers, Relays and Contactors.
PLC&SLC Allen Bradly and Rockwell software.
IP structure, wireless infrastructure and access point.
Various types of Instruments, Electronic cards and devices.
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems, Elevators, Cranes and hoists
-Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site, including:
• Study the project scope of works, requirement and specification.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc.,
• Inspect all electrical components and materials and ensure that material on site are being adequately stored and protected prior to their installation
• selection and approval of sub-contractors for electrical systems
• Preparing the shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Installation and commissioning of all electrical works including:
RMU, Transformers and MV switch gears.
Generators, UPS, Batteries, and Chargers
LV, MCC and MDB distribution panels
Indoor and outdoor lighting system, Power outlets
Cable trays and Conduits( embedded/ exposed)
Pulling Cables (under ground/ over head), wires and testing
Electrical equipment, elevators, creans, motors
Earthing, lightning and cathodic protection
• Installation and commissioning of light current including:
Fire alarm system Telephone system
CCTV system Sound system
Data and IT networks Intercom system
ACS system MATV system
• Manages work groups at site and provide technical supports.
• Coordinates electrical works with mechanical and civil groups.
• Act as the link between the Head management and the Site.
• manage multiple projects at different locations .
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, as required.
• Responsible for the safety of electrical groups’
personnel according to"OHSAS 18001 ".
