Apply CBHI required standard for continues improvements.
Follow up and coordinate all projects with drawing and design department, maintenance department, elevator department and security department.
- Carry out the maintenance system for all production lines and axillary lines by preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and overhauling to increase machine life and efficiency.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators.
- Commutation international and local suppliers for improvements and technical support.
- Improve maintenance team skills.
- Reduce breakdown of machines and over time of maintenance team.
- Reduce spare parts consume.
- Find out root cause of issues and provide analysis accordingly.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Follow ISO standard.
- Carry out the maintenance system for all production lines and axillary lines by preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and overhauling to increase machine life and efficiency.
