Follow-up treasurymovement on a daily basis and recordits entries
- Receiving and recording revenues.
- Recordany payments or receipts.
- Follow-up of bank balances and their movement.
- Issuance andregistration of checks.
- Documenting financial movements and records, purchases and sales movements
- Preparing the necessary financial reports, lists and schedules, and accounting books on a
regular basis
- Analyzing and summarizing the current financial position of the company by collecting data
and information, preparing budgets, income statements, profit and loss reports, revenues and
expenses, and all other reports
Prepare Journal entries
- Migration to the general ledger account
- Prepare trial balance
- Collection and analysis of documents for each shipment & matching with trial
balance
- Prepare report of local purchases & matching with trial balance - Prepare Sales Tax
form
- The cost of inventory items through purchase bills
- Prepare the final inventory balance for the year through additions (purchase bills)
and outgoing (sales invoices) & matching with the actual balance
- Treasury accounts: Prepare cash receipt for incoming and delivery receipt for cash
and accounting guidance to them (Assets, Expenses, Purchases& Contracts in
progress)
- Preparing financial reports and analysis of financial statements
