My responsibility is to support human resources processes by assisting in a variety of HR projects (performance evaluation, job description, etc, ...), but my main focus is SAP.

Main responsibilities:
- SAP HCM Key user (PA, TM).
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- interact to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Support the HR projects (Performance appraisal, job descriptions, etc.).
- Support other functions as assigned.
