• Monitor the mechanical works in five sites (Plumping, HVAC, Firefighting systems).
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for the accuracy of calculations.
• Review subcontractors invoices to verify the accuracy of the work completed and materials supplied.
• Manage sites daily and coordinate mechanical manpower and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Monitor the material requests with the procurement department regarding the sites' needs and
their delivery date. Also, coordinate with suppliers to source required mechanical materials.
• Review the work progress on daily basis.
• Prepare weekly reports relating to job status, Including cost control report.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

• Monitor all mechanical works in site (Plumping, HVAC, Firefighting systems).

• Liaise with stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensure all materials selected, used, and performed work are as per specifications.
• Manage site daily and monitor site supervisors, direct workers and the work of subcontractors. • Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site.

• Monitor daily mechanical operations and maintenance.
• Execute and monitor new projects based on the Scope of Work and Aramco standardization.
• Procure pricing information from various vendors to support cost-efficient purchasing.
• Prepare weekly reports to track progress.
• Ensure all materials selected, used, and performed work are as per Aramco specifications.
• Liaise with stakeholders involved in the project.
• Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site.
