• Coordinate the routine processing of accounts.
• Clear new items/materials from receiving area on a daily basis.
• Receives the incoming items from the receiving area, making sure of their compatibility with the receiving note.
• Receive and transport supplies/instruments from warehouse.
• Prepare proper location of stock items.
• Stores the items in their allocated places according to the storing site of every item.
• Dispenses the items to the departments as per the approved requisition.
• Files and organizes the documents in separate records.
• Labels the stock items to be dispensed as per the shortest expiry first, the longest expiry.
• Maintains the stock items from being damaged or lost in coordination with the warehouse manager.
• Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities as required.
• Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.
• Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.
• Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.
