• إعداد القوائم المالية ومراجعتها بالاضافة الى تقارير الادارة مثل تقارير تقييم الأداء للمنظومة بالكامل ولكل إدارة على حدة، قياس- متابعة - و تحفيز الأداء عن طريق الموازنة التخطيطية و التأكد والتحقق من سلامة إجراءات أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية.
