- Issue work permits PTW and validate from safety precautions in workplace.
- Implement Facility management safety -FMS- in accordance with Joint commission International standard JCI
- Member of Hospital team of Environment round overall hospital, which is conducted weekly
- Conduct Risk assessment& Job safety analysis.
- Conduct and provide HSE training, orientation for employees & contractors.
- Monitoring critical safety issues and unsafe conditions and initiate reports.
- Maintain the unsafe Acts from the Employees or Contractors and correct them or even issue penalties for non-compliance safety.
- Inspection on all Electrical and Medical Equipment to ensure PPM tag “Planed Preventive Maintenance “are implemented
and updated plus defective or damage equipment's .
- Following up for Action plan and eradicate or minimized the high risk.
- Investigate the accidents and detect the causes plus root causes of accidents then report the recommendations.
- Conducting morning rounds in hospital.
- Follow up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & tracking KPI/Task Completion status reports

- Monitoring critical safety issues and unsafe conditions and initiate reports to relevant departments.
- Maintain the unsafe Acts from the Employees or Contractors and issue penalties for non-compliance safety.
- Following up for reports and Action plan to eradicate or minimized the high risk to medium or low risk.
- Investigate the accidents and detect the root causes of accidents then report the recommendations.
- Maintain record of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) & tracking KPI/Task Completion status reports and Accidents record as well to show it to safety committee which conducted monthly.
