• Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company.
• Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs.
• Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
• Assists in coordinating and facilitating workflow.
• Develop a comprehensive risk management strategies and policies.
• Creating business continuity plans to limit risks.
• Creating disaster recovery plans to manage crises.
• Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations.

• Lead the Sales & Marketing operations through the entire process.
• Manage and be the point of contact for customers and targets.
• Manage and overlook the due diligence and negotiation process.
• Network and promote company services to source new customers.
• Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and network that help create a strong network of institutional customers.
• Embrace and adhere to all working standards set by senior management including customer database management, audit, compliance and other requirements
• Engage internally with senior management on numerous fronts and a broad array of initiatives.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the portfolio.

- Meet annual goals.
- Develop existing and new relationships.
- Market a full range of Wealth Management products.
- Maintain communications with clients to assess their needs and risk profile.

Working to support the relations between students and postgraduate officials.
Encourage graduate students to speak up and share ideas.
