Al-Salam fire fighting equipments & Al-Bashaer Institute for Training (BIT).
With BIT institute our responsibility is providing training courses (11 month)
for Saudi nationals only cooperative with Saudi technical and vocational
corporation, also co-operative with other organization to helping them on
maintain a good safety systems and evaluating their operational methods to
plan any necessary corrective actions in addition to implementing
programmers of training safety course (as external instructors) to their
members relative to their workplace hazards in order to reduce incidents
and follow up the operation safety methods.
This project is belong to Saudi Arabia Public Transportation Company (
SAPTCO ). The main purpose is optimize and re-engineer the maintenance
process of buses and trucks to avoid deadlines in operation areas.My role
include manage project activities by planning and distributing project work
and ensure compliance with project scope, monitoring and controlling project
teams and activities which resulted in revamping the process toward
achieving lowest buses and trucks deadlines.
Worked as Maintenance Engineer in Hyundai Motors ( Sudan branch ) to
different types of vehicle and supervising around 12 technician's in-group.
Responsible for different services such as ( service 10000 km , 20000 km ,
30000 km 40000 km , ... etc.) including repairs and rebuild of different items
like engines and transmissions, ... etc.
The project belongs to Iqraa technical college foundation with a objective
to participate in developing rural areas from educational perspective, my
role was supervise project work such as planning, executing machines
installation and distribution, keeping the project team spirit by supporting
team and their activities as a single point of contact, developing project
requirements, in addition establishment of the project schedule, follow up the
work procession to deliver fully equipped
educational workshops such as production and carpentry Machinery.
Project Name: Sudanese Tractor Co. Asset Evaluation and Check. Fixed
and current inventory for ( Vehicle , Machinery & workshops tools). it's sub-
project.
