- Planning and managing quality activities for project operations.
- Operations management and supervision of requests for issuing the Saudi dates mark.
- Ensuring that the procedures followed and meet the criteria Standard specifications for dates factories and companies.
- Auditing and reviewing reports of field observers' visits and applicants' records and documents.
- Supervising the development and improvement of the electronic platform in accordance with the standards and quality requirements to be applied to the relevant authorities.
- Work on qualifying the (National Center for Palms and Dates) in achieving the requirements of ISO17065 and obtaining Saudi accreditation as a certification body.
● Support on making tests to determine if the products meet certain standards.
● Conduct analysis of the samples, compile data and interpret the results.
● Reporting of inconsistencies, malfunctions or variations from prototype.
● Written explanations of flaws.
● Procedural evaluation.
● Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
● Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
● Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain quality plan.
● Implement the corrective action when necessary.
• Greet customers as they arrive in the store and provide them with information regarding products and/or services.
• Respond to customers’ complaints and take necessary actions resolve their issues.
• Take payment in exchange of items sold.
• Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill.
• Issue receipts and change to customer.
• Count money at the beginning and ending of each shift.
• Ensure that all checkout counters have enough cash.
• Process credit card and check payments.
• Maintain periodic sales reports and spreadsheets.
