Manage Balances from Banks, Accounts Receivable & Payable Schedule of Aged Debt
Schedule of Fixed Assets and Accumulated depreciation End of year Profit & Loss Statement
Investments (Available for Sales, Associates, Subsidiary) Reporting on financial statements
Principle Accountant for medium size company with 60 full-time staff and annual turnover of 240, 000 KD.
Key monthly responsibilities Included:
Managing all salaries and wages, Profit and Loss reports, Reconciliation of Inventory in warehouse, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
Bank Reconciliation (Monthly) Cash Management (Petty Cash, Payment & Receipt Voucher)
Drafting monthly Cheques Schedule Staff Holiday Salary (30 days in the year)
Make indemnity for staff Calculation Commissions for Staff Sales
Deduction for Staff Loan Journal entries and post to general ledger
Help with auditor in Auditing File Daily reconciliation for Cash, Cheque, K-net
Key responsibilities included:
Prepare all financial statements’ accounts according to Egyptian Accounting standards. Prepare and calculate the sales tax and tax return. Prepare all financial statements’ accounts in Excel.
