Coordinate with business development manager and
clients to identify business development opportunities
with existing and new clients.
Establish strong customer relationship by providing
accurate and timely information to customers regarding
inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and
issues/concerns.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and
support; answering potential client questions and follow- up call questions; responding to client requests for
proposals
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect
clients; maintaining a database of prospective client
information
Understand client requirements and offering solutions
Establish strong relationship with existing and new
customers
Liaising with production manager to meet the customer
deadline and quality
Submitting daily and weekly analysis report to the
management
Building strong relationship with existing and new
customer to meet the monthly target
Liaising with production manager to arrange ontime
delivery to maintain customer relationship
Understanding the product requirement and share the
quote to clients
Follow-up closely with customer to get regular business
