Specified in Scientific office, Direct Sales and Digital Marketing as follows:
• Controlling and verifying the customer accounts and receivables transactions.
• Monitoring the application of credit policy and medical policies with offers and vouchers.
• Responsible in many financial reports related to (customer accounts, collection transactions, sales medical representatives and digital marketing transactions).
• Submits invoices and coordinates with other departments in sales, digital marketing and warehouse.
• Reviewing and controlling the accounts receivables, accounts payable status with reconciliations.
• Controlling the warehouse status and the billing system by using the Daftra system.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and reviewing expenses.
• Follow up on the collections and allocations of payments.
• Controlling and preparing quarterly tax reports (Value - added taxes, Salaries, and Withholding declarations Form number 41 and 11) through the tax authority.
• Preparing the tax settlements related to the payroll according to the tax regulations and stipulations.
• Participate in tax advising and assists in corporate tax declarations and tax inspections.
• Following up on the up-to-date tax regulations and stipulations.
• Ensuring the availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records.
• Assists with other related administrative duties as needed (medical examinations and reports).
