- Coordinate select with the managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria for the new projects.
- Create and publish job ads in various channels like
recruiting websites and social media.
- Receive, save and sort CV's according to its specialization.
- Conduct initial interviews (by phone, video and in person) to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Prepare the job offer with description for candidates.
- Follow up with chosen candidates for joining dates, contracts and official papers collection.
- Adding, deleting, upgrading the classes and following up on the financial claim for employees.
- Dealing with some government websites like: GOSI, Mudd and Ajeer
