Responsibilities:
1- Analyse Technical RISK file related to global quality issue and assess the impact.
2-Prepare schedule and data base to monitor the project.
3-Coordinate with the internal experts for the preliminary assessment and process involved.
4-Identify, locate and arrange access to concerned products on customer site.
5-Organize material, tools and other resources.
6 -Co-ordinate with the contract, endures, and agree upon the site WORK schedule.
7 -Organize site investigation and arrange correction or replacement as appropriate.
8 -Facilitate in resolving customer CLAIM on top priority.
9- Co-ordinate with the internal Technical Experts for reports and their submission to Corporate Quality as applicable.
10- Keep record of the cost incurred and ensure reimbursement from respective core unit.
11- Return old product to core units under GRAP or arrange scrapping as applicable.
12 -Control all related documentation (Site WORK reports, Cost details, data base(
Responsibilities:
1)Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
2) Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
3) Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
4) Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
5) Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
6) Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards 7) Oversee project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.

• Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
• Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
• Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
• Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
• Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
• Maintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
• Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The longer I work in this career, the more I realize that engineering school actually was pretty great prep for an engineering career, and, well, life in general. I hope I learned more than ten things for all the effort I put it, but a list can only be so long.
