Acting Procurement Manager,
-Monitoring market screening through applying knockout crieteria (Client approved
vendor list, Vendor financial potentiality, capability to accomplish SOW, Ref.
Projects, Zakat Certificate, CR).
- Studying Materials Properties and Technical Specifications.
-Supported the Procurement Manager in the planning, procurement and delivery of all
equipment and materials required by company projects under execution.
-Dealt with procurement of long lead items from the tendering and quotation stage
though ordering, delivery to site and installation and testing as per project
schedules.
-Global and Local market research for determining for materials in which quality
and price are to be purchased.
-Coordinated with engineering and materials suppliers.
-Submitting materials submittal for consultant and follow up to take needs approval.
-Correspondences with suppliers in collecting offers for purchasing of materials.
-Preparing compression charts, purchase orders, daily reports and getting approvals
from management .
-Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports .
-Follow projects procurement plans, reflect in Equipment procuring process.
-Ensure Establishing optimum Terms/Condition, pricing, quality requirements,
delivery in accordance with project & company.
-Administering the online purchasing systems.
-Procure all Major systems ( Power transformer, MV & LV cables, MV Switchgear,
LV Switchgear, Package Substation, Feeder Pillar, Terminations, Diesel Generator
UPS, Battery and Chargers, KWHM As per SEC direct and CTVT, External lighting
pole with street lighting control panel, Bus way, Automatic Transfer Switch, Ring
Main Unit, Capacitor Panel For Power Factor Correction ) and take an approval
from client and consultant to proceed PO with best specification and price.
-Make technical meeting with consultant to get an approval for best price supplier.
-Proceed all RFQ by online Oracle-ERP to take best price & matching specification
from the registered vendor in the system.

Low Voltage System, Panel Boards)
-Take off materials & order it.
-Follow up the site progress as per time schedule.
-Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
-Prepare monthly invoice and approve it from consultant.
