Control and document the issuance of keys, keycards and Radio's.
•Monitor the movement of visitor/suppliers and staff.
•Response all emergency situations like fire fighting, drowning, elevator stuck and bomb threat.
•Patrolling the building premises to ensure that everything all in order.
•Ensures that all fire exits and corridors are free from obstruction at all times.
•Greet, welcome and anticipate every guest and their needs.

•Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
•Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
•Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
