Validating and kick off deployment engineering rules and acceptance criteria's for the OSP Network (OLT to FCP -DB/ 2nd level splitting splitter-)
Validate and sign permits letter needed to perform the calibration activates and rollout activities in proper timing to ensure the actions are performed per the time plan.
Calculating and validating calibration actions (new ducts needed, routes repairing, alternative routes, identifying the location of don’t exists man holes, corrective actions for man holes having water leaking, man holes with rising nick).
Verifying on fields the actual calibrated quantities based on signed and agreed calibration report.
Supervising the OSP rollout activities are being deployed per the agreed LLD and per group guide lines for each areas with sign off for consumed quantity per areas within deployment report (fiber cable, closures, DB, splitters, man holes and hand holes) with ensuring applying the engineering specifications deployment for each optical passive element
Supervising and ensuring the deployed BoQ inline with LLD per area and sign the deployed BoQ per each area
Supervising and ensuring the Quality and methods of rollout are based on group standard guide lines and agreed deployment procedure.
Supervise the labeling procedures for OSP Passive equipment's in coordination with active TPM manager.
Performing the acceptance test criteria's OSP network based on agreed acceptance criteria's.
Supervising OSP rollout activities and ensuring the rollout runs per the time plan.
Supervise and validate Nokia Model for customer installation (using different Method of OF cable laying from DB to BEP).
Supervise and validate local loop activities and ensuring applying the SLA for :
1.Customer Feasibility planning accuracy.
2.Customer appointment.
3.Local loop implementation acceptance and installation quality.
Supervise customer installation processes and ensure installation as per the guide lines and agreed installation model.
•DB OP fiber cable laying underground (or drop for exceptional cases) to inside the building.
•BEP installation with proper place.
•V-cables and H-cables installation and isolation.
•Socket installation.
•Splicing model.
•ONT configuration and activation.
Supervise the quality of installation and final acceptance for local loop and customer premise, based agreed acceptance test criteria's and in line with Group guide lines.
