In addition to my policing duties, I was also entrusted with additional administrative responsibilities in which I worked closely with the department’s senior management team. Originally joined the company as a front of house team member before quickly being promoted into a managerial role of a busy and popular branch. Expected to effectively manage the running of the restaurant whilst ensuring first-class customer service in line with the company’s exceptional standards.
