eCommerce and Fulfillment Centres:
1. Supervise ground operations in warehouse (fulfillment centre).
2. Train, monitor and develop direct reports.
3. Ensure daily\weekly\monthly clients requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.
4. Settlement of discrepancy for received goods.
5. Receiving of 30-120 pallets daily.
6. Supervise team of 5 team leaders and more than 35 labors.
7. Applying occupational & health safety for both employees and workplace.

1-Managed weekly manual inventory, and report the result to senior colleagues.
2-Researched new method to reduce the loss in inventory.
3-Conducted monthly closing & opening raw materials.
4-Conducted presentation about Kaizen.
5-Translated guidelines for workers in three languages.
