• Full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Recruiting, negotiating salaries, re/new contracts, and redundancy packages for the supplemental/contract manpower.
• Managing multiple full recruitment process campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
• Leading Staffing team in the delivery of agreed targets, budgets, KPIs and service-level agreements.
• Analyze business plans to determine likely future staffing needs.
• Determining sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Leading enhancement process and build strong relationships with all internal stakeholders/ proponent managers.
• Attending proponent review and business leadership meetings with senior management.
• Assist in communicating all personnel policies to employees.
• Finalizing job advertisements for OOK recruitment workshops.
• Monitoring New Recruit performance closely.
• Responsible for delivering recruitment updates to proponent and management.
• Advising line managers and employees on hiring policies and procedures.
• Mitigate organizational risk by ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Conducting weekly team meetings to facilitate information sharing, team performance management and proponent updates.
• Optimizing team performance through; performance improvement plan, absence management, objective setting and target reviews both monthly and quarterly.
• SME for implementation of HR systems Success Factor (RCM, PMGM and Succession Planning)
• Responsible to ensure all vendor contracts and resources are sufficient and valid all the time to fulfill business requirements.
• Ensuring that mandatory training and coaching are properly given to staffing team, and their records are kept up to date.
