Now I am paying my services as an Snr Accountant with M&FI Sec, HQ PD Centre Lahore over here since 05 Oct 2012 to date.
Responsibilities
Timely submission of Monthly Monitoring Reports (MMR).
Preparation of summary detail of all projects, for the month, Year to date and up to date for comparison work done, vetted work done, revenue and vetted revenue, slippage with respect to previous.
Preparation of OIC NLC updates report of ongoing projects.
Detail analysis of MMR and preparation of evaluated compiled financial and physical health of each project encompassing fol:-
1) Financial health based on work done against direct cost.
2) Physical progress achieved corresponding to desired sch.
3) Fin & Phy health of each month, year and uptodate.
4) Slippage of vetted work done versus work done.
To maintain stock ledger & ledger of customer and vendor parties.
To handle the accounts of labor and clients.
To maintain export documentation.
Reconciliation of accounts.
