• Communicate with customers (Walk-in, social media, website, contractors and traders) to understand their requirements and arrange for sales orders.
• Provide all customers with the needed quotation based on the customers inquiries.
• Search for contracting companies and build a database that includes their contact information.
• Communicate with projects awarded contracting companies and finalize the deal to provide them with the needed items.
• Provide sales weekly reports includes all potential customers and end users, and update their status.
• Communicate with the logistic department to ensure that the goods reach the customer’s villas and sites in the right time manner.
• Follow up with customers and provide them with after sales customer service.
• Schedule internal and external meetings with clients and vendors.
• Provide the customers with interlock new and exclusive designs based on customer’ requirements on daily basis.
• Managing a plan and uploading posts for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok) and company’s website.
• Over achieve the sales target, and set up the best strategies to keep it sustainable.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with abroad customers (Arabic, English and Turkish) to arrange the orders of carpet.
• Prepare RFQ from either typical clients or carpet contracting companies and prepare the quotation on the prepared unit.
• Review the tenders’ terms of reference and apply for them.
• Provide monthly update of sales’ database, indicators tracking table IPTT, and other quality tools.
• Conduct data analysis of sales and visualization through Excel, SPSS and power BI.
• Establish implementation plans and circulate findings of sales reports with higher management.
• Communicate with the logistic department to ensure that the goods reach the customer’s house in the right time manner.
• Schedule internal and external meetings with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to dental clinics, and prepare a list of items that needed to be provided.
• Prepare procurement requests for the items based on the company’s needed.
• Provide each dental clinic with their items based on the requests.
• Introduce the company’s new product to the clinics in a proper way and timely manner.
• Maintain professional and technical skills by attending educational workshops.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the manager in the sales operation from the store till customer home.
• Provide the manager with technical assistance by preparing excel trackers for the store operations (Sales and procurement).
• Communicate with the logistic department to ensure that the goods reach the customer's house in the right time manner.
• Schedule professional internal and external meetings with clients and vendors.
• Carry out an inventory of goods inside the store and warehouse.
• Liaise with other departments managers to ensure providing effective service and well communication with customers.
• Informing the customer of the instructions for using the appliance before operating them.
• Share with customers the numbers and addresses of the store's maintenance centers.
Concerns the development, improvement, implementation and evaluation of integrated systems of people, knowledge, equipment, energy, material and process besides eliminates waste of time, money, materials, energy and other resources.
