Supervise on all matters relating to the gas station in terms of finance, administration and accounting. Preparation and coordination for fuel orders from vendors. I was using and managing “Jo Card” System regulation. Supervise on all sections inside the gas station (Car washing section, fuel lines, and flat tire repair section. Price visibility and market oil price changes study. Monitoring, searching and studying oil price changes and how it will reflect on the business. Ordering from vendors was according to "Jo Card" System regulation. Coordination and communicating with Master Card, Visa Card Banks to enter daily, quarter and early income, expenses using orion, Infor Fourth Shift software.
Plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, and coordinate employees, create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.
