Primarily responsible for collecting, consolidating, preparing and issuing sales reports:
Preparation Of Reports and Contract;
Prepares in coordination with Sales and Marketing Manage Monthly/Quarterly/half yearly reports of production sales and other types of information, Customer satisfaction Report.
Customer Relation;
Maintains good and cordial relations with customer and responds, Received and processess customer’s Request For Quotation (RFQ), Acts as a point of contact for customer complaints.
Milscellaneous Duties;
Coordinate and support the sales department in participating and displaying exhibitions of interest as directed by Sales and Marketing Manager, arrange for the sales manager's visits to key customers, Making the necessary arrangements for Sales Manager's visits to major customers, and the visiting schedule for the outside customers to Plant and Head Office.
Arrange and maintain Purchase Invoices and archive it, Create Advance payment letter, Petty cash requests, vendors suppliers Gate Pass, Receiving inquiring calls, Meeting Preparations, Create and Raising PR thru system, Folow-up, Preparing monthly and weekly reports, Raise vendor invoices in the system, Receiving Bids and arrange for the Bid opening meeting, Update the vendor evaluation account, Desk Service.
Government Relations Duties :
Gosi:Adding and removing employees.Saudi Labor: Doing the sponsorship transfer, work permit, reporting on missing employee.Muqeem: issuing exit, re-entry visa, document Ratification from (Alsharqi Chamber).
Co-op Training at CEO Office for (4) four months :
-Email Unit :Maintain and arrangement CEO files, Receiveing and recording letter/correspondence in the MYTAPA system, Creat Arabic/English letters.
-Follow-UP Unit :Follow-up CEO requesting with others sectors.
-Executive Securtary: Visitors reception, Meeting schedule, Answering inquirer's call, Coordination of visits, time management.
