Preventive maintenance and reliability engineer:
Manaseer Cement and Mining Company | Jordan | http://www.mgc-cement.com/ .
From FEB-2015 to Present.
Main Responsibilities:
o Utilize the required skills and knowledge to maintain the condition of all plants’ equipment on a continuous basis.
o Ensure the planned inspection of all plant equipment and initiate work orders based on inspection results, including safety checks.
o Perform quality condition monitoring of equipment using Vibration analysis and thermography Tools.
o Follow-up and update Preventive maintenance schedules.
o Evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance job plans.
o Ensure systematic review, application and optimization of lubrication program.
o Conduct RCA (root cause analysis) to contribute to the analysis of failures and problems, and to recommend corrective actions.
o Establish formalized Fist level and Specific inspection reports for plant’s equipment
