Planning and Designing Fiber network using the existing infrastructure or new development area for our costumer's future requirement.
• Planning and Designing Fiber of National Network.
• Preparing feasibility studies of Business projects and Wholesalers to set up accurate SOW
• Analyze field data & update design to ensure 100% compliance.
• Optimizing the Network Cost with Planning of BOM’s and BOQs.
• Ensuring that the plans and designs created meet defined quality standards
• Participating and evaluating the RFPs for passive Network.
Manage Network Services (MNS) of Saudi National Fiber Network Project (SNFN) after the completion of the implementation phase for Field Operation.
•Monitored and controlled MNS contractor’s activities operation and rectifications across the kingdom.
•Responsible for the monthly payment of MNS Vendors.
•Ensure the Quality of Service for the Customer as per the SLA
•Involved in the development of RFP for the purchase of OSP equipment, managing the acceptance and deployment operations and analyzing all cases of breach of SLAs by vendors involved in OSP operations.
• Participating and evaluating the RFPs for passive Network.
• Managing the implementation and operation of the cable relocation for Saudi National Fiber Network (SNFN) encompassing more than 13, 000 km and 140 sites throughout KSA
• Develop and oversee budgets and plans to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources necessary to attain department objectives.
• Managing & controlling scope of work, cost & time of each project to meet the assigned budget & avoid any change order.
• Managing many contractors to execute & deliver different projects.
• Coordinating with government authorities & other operators such as Municipality, MOT, ARAMCO and STC to finalize/resolve any pending issues.
• Supporting O&M teams to achieve their service level agreement (SLA) by confirming the network availability.
• Leading a team to ensure the project is going to the right direction and keeps following up with contractors.
• Approving the As-Built documents & release the contractor invoices/payment accordingly including the approval of any variation.
Design and implementation of long distance fiber network kingdom wide for Mobily and ITC National Network (SNFN). Preparing design and construction 140 technical building and fiber infrastructure network for 13, 000 km. Coordination with other agencies to finalize/resolve any pending issues.
