Ticket Management: Receive and manage support tickets using a ticketing system. Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and severity. Update ticket statuses and provide timely updates to customers on the progress of their requests.
Software/Hardware Installation: Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on hardware setup and connectivity issues
Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop logical and innovative solutions using programming techniques and algorithms.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging to identify and fix errors and ensure the functionality and reliability of the software.
System Integration: Integrate software components with existing systems or third-party APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to ensure seamless interoperability.
Version Control: Use version control systems, such as Git, to manage code repositories, track changes, and collaborate with other team members effectively.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other programmers to ensure the timely delivery of software projects and meet project objectives.
