• To ensure the quality of works up to the approved standard as per planning.
• Having knowledge of SAP module as follows
• To raise the purchase requisitions of material before planned date of execution.
• To raise the CIN for contractor finalisation.
• Have been working as assistant engineer for RCC of two podiums of 35000 FT2, finishing of G+12 buildings (3
nos.) including block work plastering, tiling, plumbing & electrification etc. & possession of G+4 building.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Spearheading efforts across handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to the execution of civil construction
projects from idea stage, site management (selection) and land development to final construction and project
delivery with a view to achieve business objectives.
• Drawing up detailed project plan and schedule of activities delineating clearly time /cost parameters for execution
with systematic dissemination of information to avoid any ambiguities.
• Defining project scope, reviewing tender documents design drawings, specifications & B.O.Q. before commencing
of project. Provided all techno-commercial clarifications and ironed out any possible discrepancies.
• Structuring budgetary estimates and enforced internal controls instilling a sense of fiscal discipline among
workforce. Checking & evaluating shop drawings & builder work drawings submittal for all Civil/Structural
system and established comments prior for approval or rejection.
• Periodically conducting project review meetings to assess work progress, identifying problem areas and
suggesting remedial measures to accelerate work progress as approved work program; evaluating civil material
submittal ensuring the specified and alternative materials are as per project requirement/specification set by the
code of standard and the local authorities.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction &
coordination with site management; judiciously managing a team of site engineers, resolving issues and directing
team energies to realize work objectives effectively and efficiently.
• Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of man, material &
machine. Preparing work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining reports for
facilitating decision making by the management.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates
performance among team members; inculcating professional competencies amongst the technical staff enabling
their professional development and adding value to the organization’s human resource.
