Accomplished tasks:
Raw material receptions:
• Control on receipt of the raw material / physical chemical
aspect and tests on finished products (chemicals and lacquer
powder).
• Establish and disseminate inspection reports on receipt to the
departments concerned (inventory management,
procurement, production, and technical department).
Consumption monitoring after reception and during use:
• Manage and track the consumption of all chemicals used in
sites. And do their consolidated via Excel and on the internal
ERP (WAVESOFT).
• Check the pre-emption dates and the physical and chemical
aspect before each consumption to avoid any anomaly due
to poor storage or weather conditions.
Control and monitoring of finished products:
• Daily monitoring of production at all site in coordination with
quality control engineers, production shift heads, site
supervisors and operators.
• Monitoring of compliant and non-compliant stock via daily
quality control reports.
• Make the daily consolidated (quantity produced and non-
compliant) by site and by shift.
• Monitoring of non-compliant stock (waste) via ERP (WAVESOFT)
per site and shift.
Anodizing line:
• Installation of the new anodizing process, maintain and
improve the final finish.

• Establish the installation and formulation studies of the two pre-
treatment and anodizing lines.
• Simulate the consumption forecasts for chemicals in
coordination with the DTQ (technical direction).
• Daily monitoring of the anodizing line (temperature monitoring,
chemical treatment baths and their daily retention, treatment
time, method of attachment and handling and coordinate
with the site supervisor as well as operators ... etc.).
• Stop the process if necessary and alert the dismayed service.
• Control of the total quantity produced of each shift at the level
of the anodizing line.
Quality control laboratory:
• Formulate the preparation of analytical chemicals and
establish their preparatory and employment mode.
• Monitor annual calibration of laboratory equipment and
attend.
• Daily check of measuring equipment.
• Integrations of new controls at the laboratory (powder particle
size test, humidity test, mass loss test, test of finished products
powder on powder).
• Assist and train engineers as well as the quality control assistant.
• Assist the analyzes and tests as well as their results with the
laboratory assistant.
• Establish procedures for self-checking quality, anodizing, and
recordings and review them when needed in coordination
with the internal quality auditor.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and quality
recordings.
Monitoring water treatment lines :
• Reverse osmosis station monitoring (chemical treatment,
hardness control, ph., conductivity and treatment cycle).
• Monitoring of the demineralization station (acid-base
treatment, hardness control, ph., conductivity and
regeneration cycle monitoring).
• Monitoring the quality of water produced at the two stations.
• Follow-up of the chemical waste treatment center.
Certification of the finished products (STRUGAL SPA /ALGERIA):
• Prepare and supervise the certification of the STRUGAL finished
products in (QUALICOAT, QUALINOD).
• Consider and prepare the certification of STRUGAL decorated
products in QUALIDECO.
The process approaches:
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance
department the breakdowns and the daily anomalies.

• Follow maintenance corrective actions to confirm their
efficiency as well as their influence on the parameters of the
production process.
• Coordinate the technical details personally with suppliers of
raw materials and laboratory equipment (ALUFINISH,
STRUGAL SPA ALGERIA .

pretreatment baths and the anodizing line, controls of the
finished products at the production sites, control the parameters
of the production equipment’s and ensure their conformity,
inform the quality control reports at the end of each shift,
