Major Responsibilities
• Responsible for the material estimation & BOM as per drawing.
• Oversee the incoming material to verify proper specifications and unit count and promptly
reject that didn’t meet the actual values before they come to a part of fabrication.
• Verify the efficiency and safety of in-process equipment by completing a series of visual and
specialized tests.
• Thoroughly inspection of Non Destructive Testing, Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Testing while
inspecting storage tanks and pressure vessels and rectify the spotted points according to the
codes and standards.
• Responsible for the preparation of quality reports separately for each test performed on the
equipment and update Consultant about the work progress.
• Responsible of QA witness/audit of the skilled worker to the client during the procurement cycle.
• Responsible for the preparation and declaration of documents to client like “Quality inspection
Plan, Mill test certificates (MTC) of all the material, fittings and consumables, Procedure
qualification record (PQR), Welding procedure specifications (WPS), Welder Qualification Test
(WQT), Inspection reports of the incoming material, Final dimensional inspection reports, Daily
fabrication check record & Final Dossier of the Project”.

2016 - June 2018
Major Responsibilities
• Ensure the quality of the construction work and manage the notification and
rectifications/punch list any deficiencies.
• Monitor performance of the contractors/sub-contractors and identify the raise any
workmanship concerns with the project.
• Monitor and track progress against the project schedule and provide daily update of status.
• Review, approval and verification of contractor’s documentation including method statements,
test plans, manuals and other submittals.
• Review and provide comments on completion of each construction stage.
• Supervision of the contractors’ work for compliance with the specifications and to ensure
satisfactory quality.
• Mechanical and other project related facilities management at site.
• Manage the health and safety aspects of work at site.
