• Continuously improved working capital for the country through increased payment terms and consignment negotiations, supplier financing, and inventory reduction initiatives, resulting in a consistent negative net working capital day.
• Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to facilitate improvements for Procurement Services.
• Ensure the execution of procurement strategies across the firm to ensure consistent and high-quality value delivery.
• Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management to support commercial and operational objectives.
• Ensure the execution of standards, controls, policies, procedures and performance metrics to effectively and efficiently manage the acquisition and reporting of third-party spend across the company.
• Focusing to buy from low cost countries to improved budget management, improve cost avoidance, cost saving and increase net add value.
• Developed and Managing solidified supply of alternative fuel/materials, particularly Biomass RDF, SRF and TDF to achieve cost saving Vs traditional fuel.

Experienced Project Director with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry, Main function, Projects management, Leading team and assists, Budget, cost control, planning, focusing to achieve company and stakeholder goal, handling and managing CAPEX, investment management, construction, innovation, upgrade Kilns, Cement mills, Erect Pet Coke mill, AF system, , modification, refurbish to improve the plant efficiency & increase company production, improve equipment reliability & condition, improve sustainability & safety. Annual spend upward 10 to 100 M$ .

• Held meeting with all stakeholder to follow time line and scope of the project to ensure that the project aligned with plan and budget.
• Managing team & Projects of Mechanical, Electrical, civil & Process & activates.
• Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for a given project
• Developing Project Plan, Manage project risks & Cost Management
- Study tenders to select the best offer.

- Review drawing and design.

Responsible for Projects on Site, Prepare budget, apply Safety policy, Insure the contractor follow the design, approve contractors progress, correct any mistake on site..etc.
Maintain all Cement Plant Equipment work corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance Engineer for :
- Quarry Equipment ( crushers, Compressors, drilling machines, mobile equipment, stackers and reclimers equipment .
- Cement Mills
- Raw Materials mills.
- Rotary Kilns.
- Packing machine.
- Utilities equipment ( Pumps, Compressors, Fuel, Boilers..etc)
- Belt Conveyors, bucket elevators and bucket conveyors
- Applying all HSE polices, cost saving, applying maintenance plan, improve equipment reliability and life time
