- Responsible for the management of documentation and archives.
- Responsible for the ongoing development of the web pages in order to provide continuous access to the digital resources (Dspace/OPAC)
- Develop and implement resource evaluation strategies.
- Organizing the annual library books fair.
- Management/leading/mentoring/training of the documentary resources management section personnel.
-Assist in the recruitment of new library staff as appropriate.
- Respond to students' and teachers' inquiries, questions, and issues and provide the most appropriate information.
- Provide research support to all kinds of library users.
- Publicize and promote new acquisitions via the faculty website, FB page, Emails, and newsletter and through library displays.
- Supervise all digitization operations (dissertations, theses, and books).
- Managing various administration activities.
- Managing students' and teachers' subscriptions.
- Maintain the inventory register.
- Directs the development and maintenance of the library collection of books, periodicals, records, films, tapes, and a variety of other library materials.
