•Responsible for achieving sales target through leads and opportunity managed from site’s activities.
•Grow a loyal customer base within a defined territory through face-to-face sales.
•Target new prospects to expand customer database and win new clients from competitors.
•Utilize all elements of the Situational selling skills (SSS) to effectively analyses, implement and control the opportunities within Key project.
•Attains specifications and approvals on jobsite consultants and contractors within the assigned key projects through submittals and design proposals.
•Provides technical support for Hilti products including design solutions, bill of materials and submittals for all Hilti engineering products to cover all major applications (penetration model).
•Negotiate and close deals while maintaining secured payment and targeted margins.
•Follow up the delivery process to meet customer’s site situation and needs.
•Follow up and collect payments to avoid exceeding targeted
•Helping operations department for stock management by providing potential product forecast.
•Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities.
•Providing after sales support by solving problems and closely ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Prepare periodic sales reports for revenue, performance, forecast …etc
* Leading a team of over 30 persons who was responsible for Remedial works and watertight activity at Cairo metro Line3-phase3
* Prepare submittals for engineering materials, do materials forecast with the warehouse and monitor the receipt plan for required materials with the vendors.
* Prepare site documents like BOQ, survey reports and Subcontractor invoices.
* Arrange Sequence workflow at Site
* Make Site Progress on timeline per day
* Review Scope of Work with Time Schedule
* Prepare daily report that describe the work in the Site
* Ensure Safety Practices which used during all site activities
DESIGN OF STEEL AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE
A master's degree in business administration from University of Arab academy for science, technology and maritime transport, the program is structured around core courses such as Analytical support for decision making, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Operation management, The Learning Manager, Strategic management, Making strategy, Entrepreneurship.
