My key responsibility is to develop water testing laboratory and food testing laboratory under the umbrella of Ehsan Enterprises. Water testing includes Hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, pH, Turbidity, Nitrates, Sulfate, TDS, Chlorides, COD and BOD by using Standard methods. Food Testing includes oil and Ghee(Rancidity, POV, FFA, Sponification, melting point etc), Tea Testing, Spices, Honey, Beverages and Confectionary items. Furthermore other responsibilities includes is to calibrate laboratory equipment e.g. calibration of weighing balances (analytical balances, precision balances and top loading balances)by using standard reference masses F1 and F2 class, calibration of laboratory glassware's by gravimetric method. However, I am also familiar with the micro testing i.e. total coliform, fecal coliform, salmonella, Pseudomonas, TPC, Yeast & Mold.

My Responsibility is to analyze food samples quantitatively via HPLC, UHPLC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer and by using different standard methods. Furthermore, analyzing fat and oil samples, dairy products, confectionaries, sugars analysis, Spices and Flour samples qualitatively and quantitatively.

My responsibility is not only includes to analyze food samples through advanced analytical techniques like HPLC, FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer but also performs method validations and develop new testing methods. Being a quality control analyst, I compile and interprets statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. Moreover, I am also familiar with the microbiological testing i.e. total coliform, fecal coliform, TPC, Yeast and mold etc
