Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Inspect the area temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure as per IPC.
Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
Update daily production report & monthly shortfall analysis report.
Monitor the whole process of manufacturing & packaging on a regular basis.
Ensure the safe use of equipment & machines and schedule regular maintenance.
Inspect machines & work area regularly to ensure safety, maintenance & cleanliness.
Take notice of process related problems and support production team in taking corrective action to improve the overall performance of the team.
Schedule a routine activity & monitor daily attendance of production team based on shift.
Instruct production officer to ensure all machines are clean & maintained before each production process run.
Prepare, review & amend SOP related to production department.
Check work documents for POI & logbooks.
Check production output according to specifications.
Assist in diagnosing & attend the shop floor troubleshooting.
Analyze deviation & impact assessments subsequently coordinating the result with QA for production change control.
Monitor the production plan on a time line and FIFO system.
Maintain the progress on the time line plan with any new demand or priorities from supply chain department.
Conduct investigation for production nonconformance according to approved SOP.
Follow up & analyze OEE data & measure underlying losses.
Mobilize employees to maintain and improve processes and performances.
Inspect equipment & machines to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
Follow up & coordinate the dispensing process with warehouse.
Conduct production process meeting with Quality, Engineering, and EHS & Process Improvement departments.
Ensure product quality by performing in-process checks, complying with cGMP.
Communicate quality and other non-compliances issues to production planner & other departments to set the priorities.
Keep abreast on daily production sheets and time sheets for team.
Upload master data in ORACLE for product launches & market registration.
Confirm stages of product in ORACLE system along with creating job order to follow the status till its closure.
Inspect daily uniforms, shoes, ID cards etc. for all manpower.Inspect & ensure adherence to concerned SOP & cGMP guidelines all the time.
Ensure adherence to concerned Quality standards & safety guidelines.
Organize & maintain production plan in ORACLE.
Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements according to the need.
Manage employee affaires including: attendance, leaves, vacations, performance appraisal etc. in coordination with HR & Admin dept. according to the company policies and procedures.
Identify training needs in staff capabilities, knowledge & skills and come up with development plan followed by evaluation.
Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines.
Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.
Raise KPIs that reflect business progress to the production vice manager on monthly basis.
