Service Modernisation/ Service Agreements
• Prepares the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and presents it to management.

• Prepares all quotations in SAP CRM and records on the revenue tracker. Keeps hard copy of the quotations in general quotation file.
• Reviews monthly online backlog report, and updates promise date in SAP.
• Enters monthly forecast to CRM and updates daily sales report .
• Will take responsibility to analyze and fix any process problem.
• Will generate market & new sales business to improve department financial target.

1. Responsible for VRF, Ducted split and package unit sales.
2. Covering the consultant, contractor and owner Rep to support them as required in the full
project cycle starting from Design concept stage up to the tender stage and issue the
proper quotation that comply with project requirement.

VRF system and Clima Control Products in Kuwait market.
4. Prepare a full design concept for VRF system as per project requirement (analyze HVAC

development with the latest innovations and technology in the Clima Control products.
7. Suggest and propose to the clients the solutions to assist them in making the rights
decisions regarding the HVAC systems.
8. Regular update of Clients database by Generating new leads.
9. Responsible for Technical submittals and clarifications, Order finalization, Invoice
generation, Delivery coordination, Payment follow up & collection and, Warranty
coordination.
