My Tasks Containing:
First: recruitment
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and employee development plans.
• Organizing the process of recruiting employees from start to finish, whether from inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and performing all procedures for the recruitment process from start to finish.


Second: Ministry of Human Resources - General Organization for Social Insurance - Qiwa platform - Mudad platform- Resident program - Tam program -Payroll department - The Ministry of Investment -
• Issuing work permits to employees for the period required for renewal and payment
• Issuing all types of visas (work visas - commercial visits) and labor recruitment visas according to the needs of the company’s departments and departments.
• Issuing residency permits for new employees.
• Renewing and following up on residency permits for employees, preparing a complete monthly report on the residency end dates, updating and extending employee passports, and finalizing all government transactions related to the process of issuing or renewing residency.
• Issuing exit, return and final exit visas, and terminating all transactions in the event that the visa is not issued by the system.
• Transferring employee sponsorship and completing the employee transfer process from beginning to end
• Renewing and issuing municipal licenses to the company through the Baladi platform, and working and completing the procedures for all requirements and government approvals for issuing them, such as civil defense.
• Issuing and renewing commercial registers for institutions and companies, and issuing and renewing the necessary licenses for activities in the commercial register
• Converting the institution into a company, creating the company contract, documenting it with the Ministry of Commerce, and completing all government transactions resulting from the conversion .
Registering new employees, transferring sponsorships, issuing the monthly invoice, and reviewing the discount rate for Saudi and foreign employees
• Issuing a social insurance certificate
• Documenting employee employment contracts and renewing them before the notice period through the Qawi platform
• Preparing and printing employee time cards, and reviewing employees’ attendance and departure to prepare and process salaries
• Preparing the monthly salary statement for employees, recording absences and delays, deducting them from the salary, reviewing the employees’ monthly allowances, the balance of advances and receivables for employees, and penal procedures in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.
• Preparing the bank statement, uploading it to the bank, and depositing the salary into the employees’ accounts
• Making adjustments and employee entitlements in the event of leave and final exit, and disbursing all their entitlements .
• Renewing and issuing the investment license for investment companies, making and documenting the company’s contracts, issuing the commercial register, and opening all accounts for the company in all government agencies.
• Documenting the company’s letters in the Chamber of Commerce manually or electronically.

- Follow-up absence & Irregularities of employees & define penalties .
- Calculating of overtime for employees on Oracle .
- Entering and updating Special Information Types (SIT) in Oracle (Salary increase & Bonus, Ticket Amount, Re-Joining, Correction Action, Overtime Payment, Loans, Deductions ….…etc.)
- entering leaves & Absence in Oracle
- Making preparation of monthly payroll sheets
- Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and pay disputes.

- Prepare accruals of (Annual vacations & EOS ) Benefits for employees .
- Knowledge of social insurance covering .
- Knowledge of the Saudi labor law .

- Run And Review monthly Payroll.
- Preparing monthly reports requested.
- Following-up entering & updating the employees information in Oracle.
- Preparing payroll staff training schedules.
- Review entering leaves & absence in Oracle.

- Review entering and updating Special Information Types (SIT) in Oracle (Salary increase & Bonus, Ticket Amount, Re-Joining, Correction Action, Overtime Payment, Loans, Deductions, etc.)
- have an oracle validation to make payroll run for all each project .
- Finish settlements for employees ( Calculating Annual leaves And EOS benefits ) .


- Follow up salary increase and make it updated regularly on ERP system .
- Follow up allowances for employee on oracle ERP . ( housing, transportation, food, , etc ) .
- Follow up salary pay methods regularly on system ( ATM Card or Personal Bank Account ).
