Designed prototype transformer:
Designed and followed the manufacturing process of a dry-type transformer \[2500
kVA\]. The transformer has been tested in the KEMA test lab and passed all routine
tests and short circuit tests successfully.
Design special transformer:
Designed dual voltage transformer i.e., dual LV and /or HV
Designed rectifier transformer i.e., 6-pulses, 12-pulses …etc.
Review customers' technical specifications of transformers for preparation of quotations.
Design of vacuum cast dry type transformers as per customers’ technical specifications.
Preparation of technical specifications and technical schedules of transformers for customers.
Preparation of material prices.
Following the Production Process.
Research for Transformer various Problems.
