Design all project engineering documentation such as system flow sheet, network configuration, general function analysis and detailed function analysis.
Design all software applications including PLC programming and HMI static and dynamic objectives.
System installation for software and hardware.
Follow customer technical specifications.
Leading a team and follow work flow.
Perform all customer acceptance tests (FAT and SAT).
Participates in on-site engineering, start-up and commissioning.
Provide technical Assistance in customer sites.
Isolation Power boxes.
Commissioning, Start-up, troubleshooting and technical assistance post startup.
Troubleshoots possible issues including identifying and debugging software, electrical and installation problems.
Create Signal list which contains signals of PLC (Digital input, Digital output, Analog input, Analog output ).
Provide technical training on software and hardware for customers
