-Overseeing the financial analysis within the finance function to support business decisions, analyzing their financial impact and presenting key findings to senior management.
-Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the managing director and partners.
-Responsible for preparing general ledger, reconciliation, P&L, AR/AP, cashflow, expenses reports on a monthly basis and present the MIS reports to the high management.
-Overseeing the correctness of the financial transactions to ensure the company financial statements are produced as per company policies and international accounting standards.
-Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline and organization across all departments.
-Managing and develop the accounting team to improve the team capabilities, career progression and department efficiency.
-Fully aware of all audit works and have the ability to prepare all required reports done with external auditor “PWC Price Water House Coopers”.
-Knowledge of VAT and FTA requirements.

-Calculating the cost of production, sales and stock.
-Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the managing director and partners.
-Responsible for preparing general ledger, reconciliation, P&L, AR/AP, cash flow, expenses reports on a monthly basis and present the MIS reports to the high management.
-Supervising the annual inventory to ensure that inventory tally with system.
-Overseeing the correctness of the financial transactions to ensure the company financial statements are produced as per company policies and international accounting standards.
-Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline and organization across all departments.
-Managing and develop the accounting team to improve the team capabilities, career progression and department efficiency.
-Posting monthly expenses, purchases and sales invoices entries through ERP system (Profit).
-Posting daily bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers...etc)
-Posting fixed assets invoices and depreciation’s entries.
-Posting prepaid and accrued expenses entries.
-Performing monthly direct expenses analysis report.
-Performing monthly sales analysis report.
-Performing monthly depreciation’s analysis report.
-Performing monthly company banks accounts reconciliation.
-Preparing monthly sales invoices (export and local).
-Preparing monthly ageing reports for payable and receivables accounts.
-Performing monthly movement reports for payable and receivables.
-Performing the annual inventory.
-Preparing payments (Cheques or transfers) to the suppliers.
-Posting daily sales invoices entries through Oracle.
-Posting daily bank transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers...etc).
-Performing inventory and audit reporting.
-Responsible for treasury.
-Handling petty cash account.
-Preparing the monthly & year-end financial statements and other MIS reports.
-Posting the entries for fixed assets, prepaid, and accruals.
-Monitoring accounts receivables and monitor all dues and follow-up with
clients for collections.
-Preparing monthly ageing reports.
-Processing vendor payable invoices and makes sure the prompt payments.
-Reconciling supplier & customer’s transactions and ledger balances.
-Performing bank deposits and transactions.
-Performing other task that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
