HVAC Site Engineer (Kuwait Airways project)
Key Duties:
- Handling all HVAC maintenance jobs in all Kuwait Airways premises
- Supervising all HVAC equipment new installation jobs
- Locations: (Hangar1and 2, Headquarters, Crew training center, operation building, technical store, Cargo, Garage, Flight
service building, Engine shop, Line area)
- Equipment: (Water Cooled Chillers, Air Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chilled Water Pumps, Condenser Water
Pumps, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, DX Units, Mini Split Units, BMS system)
- Planning, Executing and Tracking the full Preventive maintenance plan of all equipment
Project Manager (National Guard Project)
Key Duties:
- Site Inspection, Quantifying and pricing of all National Guard sites in Kuwait
- Handling a team consisting of 1 Field Engineer, 5 Technical field teams, 4 trade Foremen and 25 Technicians
- Supervising several installations and commissioning jobs for in the site (Package Units, Ducted split and Mini-Split
Units)
- Handling all Air conditioning maintenance procedures (Air Cooled Chillers, DX Units, Control and Power panels, Fire
systems, Diesel Generators, Plumbing systems, and Lighting systems)
- Handing Monthly timesheet attendance for the whole team
HVAC Engineer (DX Department)
Key Duties:
- Supervising several installations and commissioning jobs for private villas (Package Units, Ducted split and Mini Split Units)
- Handling all Air conditioning maintenance private projects
- Customers Disputes resolution
- Maintenance contracts pricing
- Handling Air cooled and water-cooled chillers maintenance contracts
- Handling a team consisting of 50 Technical field teams, 4 HVAC Foremen, 5 motors winding workshop technicians and 4
Dispatchers
- Handing Monthly timesheet attendance for the whole team
- Supporting Technical sales team in creating sales funnel procedures, plan and focuses roadmap
Project Manager (Kuwait Beach House)
Key Duties:
- Handling a team consisting of 1 Field Engineer, 5 Technical field teams, 2 General Foremen and 15 Technicians
- Supervising several installations and commissioning jobs for in the site (Package Units, Ducted split and Mini-Split
Units)
- Handling all Air conditioning maintenance procedures (Air Cooled Chillers, DX Units, Control and Power panels, Fire
systems, Diesel Generators, Plumbing systems, and Lighting systems)
- Handing Monthly timesheet attendance for the whole team
- Managing a team of 6 technicians and handling the maintenance for residential buildings, luxury villas, F&B outlets, and
other several luxury apartments all over Kuwait
- Designing full HVAC systems (Single line & Double line) for new projects
- Applying full process of heat loads calculation and AC units' selection
- Designing full profile for the AC division showcasing our services and achievements
- Creating complete tracking system for Maintenance activities, sales, Petty cash, inventory and Tools lists
- Handling full installation procedures in residential and Healthcare buildings
- Complete renovation of official documents of work (Contracts, quotations, Reports, Pricing sheets)
- Synergy with Marketing department for our company's social media content creation
- Handling full market study (Market segments, potential clients, price competition and new markets penetration)
- Handling preventive and corrective maintenance for several types of AC units including DX, Mini-Split and Package units with different brands including Carrier, Hitachi, Coolex, SKM, Century, Goodman, Midea, Hyundai, Mitsubishi,
ArmStrong and General.
- Supervising a team of technicians and handling the maintenance issues for Outlets and Factories all over Kuwait
- Supervising full electro-mechanical works for newly opening outlets
- Designing full HVAC system for new branches, calculating heat loads and selecting AC units
- Handling Preventive and corrective maintenance for AC Systems, Chillers and Freezers
- Handling market research for equipment suppliers and submittals
- Designing full HVAC system for new projects, calculating heat loads and selecting AC units
- Designing pluming and firefighting systems
- Following up with site engineers and creating the time plans for each project
Courses: Internal Combustion Engines (Diesel engines) and Vibration analysis
Key duties:
- Handling all Hospital expansion projects (Electro-Mechanical)
- Managing synergy between hospital's departments
