• Handle all notifications raised to verify adherence to established quality standards and minimum data requirements.
• Convert approved and well-defined scoped notification into a work order.
• Lead daily white board meeting with all supervisors, specialists and SI to review plan update and discuss critical issued notifications
• Attend daily operations meeting and discuss on raised notifications priority wise.
• Lead weekly scheduled meeting with Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument supervisor and Operation OMC to have a look ahead plan for next week job to align them.
• Lead daily update meeting to review today’s activity update and review upcoming activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance KPI report and present with maintenance team on discussion for further area of improvement.
• Plan all mechanical activities and monitor them so that they meet their schedule target date.
• Liaise with subject matter experts, including operations and related personnel in the initial job scoping supported by history, standard job procedures and local knowledge where required.
• Creation & review of work packages (as per content checklist) for all approved shutdown jobs.
• Perform site verification and visits for critical and major maintenance work.
• Listing of detailed steps and logical sequence of tasks through MS Project.
• Identify minimum resources (labor both field maintenance and support services, materials and services) required for the job execution.
• Prepare and trigger a material reservation and follow up until material is delivered on site.
• Monitoring inventory stocks and follow up with purchasing group & expeditor to ensure the spares availability.
• Prepare cost estimates for a maintenance work.
• Prepare maintenance package as per freezed work list
• Interact and engage with all stakeholders (operations, engineering and procurement) for job execution.
• Ensure work are sub tasked to other disciplines (Mechanical, Painting, Scaffold, Insulation, Crane and Rigging) for further detailed planning and scoping.
• Identify follow-up requirements, inspection hold points, and start-up support requirements during the planning stage.
• Review work order costs, scope, safety requirements and schedule that is consistent with work planning quality standards.
• Prepare work packs for major and unit shutdown works that is complex and requires numerous coordination activities including bundling of related jobs.
• Coordinate in the preparation of monthly maintenance planning report and identify shortfalls in performance including areas of improvements.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are called and executed accordingly.
• Ensure all SHE issues are addressed during the work planning stage.
• Create, utilize, and update maintenance task lists in SAP for recurring work.
• Ensure work is planned with realistic completion dates considering material delivery lead times, job priority, and resourcing constraints.
• Review and reporting of 4-week backlog and reallocating outstanding maintenance work to future schedules based on priority.
• Preparing Progress report actual progress of the work Vs the planned work.
• Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays, and regularly update claims and variation logs.
• Reviewing the contractor invoices and clearing SES.
• Ensuring all document records and logs related to potential schedule delays/ claims Checking progress on site to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Monitoring long lead item procurement activities including delivery to site.
• Examine unplanned work orders and determines the best way to accomplish the work. Consults with the Maintenance Manager for approval.
