Operations Manager

● Administered preparation of the annual operating budget and capital budget of more than $70M, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
● Executed improved performance monitoring processes and created a systemic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
● Coordinated with funders and other partners in person and in writing on behalf of the VPSI.
● Maintained knowledge of emerging trends in the kingdom to educate the department on opportunities to develop strategic initiatives that support and drive business results.
● Managed cross-sector partnerships, including the design and implementation of improved strategic and operational planning processes.
● Provided project management expertise to support the department with implementing performance monitoring tools, process changes, and other projects.
