• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
• Checking the salaries and wages of the company on a monthly basis and ensuring the correctness of calculating the allowances, additions and deductions on employees.
• Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank monthly.
• Supervise and follow up on the issuance of bonds and the processing of checks related to them after checking the authenticity of papers and documents of the necessary signatures or seals.
• Receiving revenues, recording any movement of payments or receipts, following up the treasury movement on a daily basis, recording its restrictions, and disbursing cash to contractors according to the disbursement plan after approval by the financial manager.
• General training in various accounting departments (procurement, sales, cost accounting)
