* Supporting the team on PLC Troubleshooting,
* Prepare the parameter for DMC (motor motion control) to reduce the downtime
during troubleshooting.
* Upgrade the frequency converter from OMRON old type to Siemens MM420 or
MM440 or Omron V1000.
* Upgrade the frequency from Allen- Bradley Old type to Siemens 440 MM on Mariani
palletizer, minimize the breakdown on mariani from 1287 min per month to 346 min.
* Working with the team to modified and minimize the downtime on the machines.
* Increase the efficiency of Combibloc machine from 78% to 85% with ASD team.
* Improvement the downstream machine after many modifications.( Cap30 -
Gam Pcak ).
* Improvement the Rapak machine to eliminate many issues.
* Return back TTOP machines to basic condition after did good plan to install new spare
parts by ASD & setting for LFU by Tetra Pak.( following TPM system).

* Change the liquid lubrication to dry lubrication to improvement the GMP and save a
wastage water& save a money.

* Train three persons how to use the software during troubleshooting on TTOP and UHT
* Distribution the load of 24 V DC for each junction box to minimize the breakdown on
Cardboard packer 71.
