Lead and monitor scheduling improvement activities such as schedule enhancements, SIPS design, business continuity plan, cost reduction and process improvement to ensure optimal scheduling performance level and reliable plans, models and processes.

2. Liaise between SAP IT, MOM IT, OMP and production scheduling for troubleshooting and to address any system gaps or issues.
3. Monitor and review production scheduling performance and processes to look for optimization and improvement opportunities.
4. Direct quantitative research and analysis to identify production scheduling opportunities/issues to consider supply chain and production potential/ future constraints and limitations
5. Develop, improve and implement mathematical modelling solver to simulate the performance of scheduling work processes.
6. Collaborate with other leaders within Production Scheduling and Business Planning to align and focus activities towards the business objectives.
7. Liaise between manufacturing, planning and site logistics to resolve operational issues and conflicts.
8. Lead department optimization activity applied in the integration of production scheduling work processes, and systems integration.
9. Work closely with production scheduling leaders to Identify and analyze department workload and training needs to support addressing areas for improvements

1. balancing of capacities based on assets availability in manufacturing, and Packaging Centre.
2. Responsible for developing the interface between Scheduling, Site Logistics and Manufacturing functions to ensure Site Logistics assets are utilized to their maximum capability, and to maintain 100% traceability and accuracy on batch, quality and production records
