AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Marketing
Sales Content and Collateral
• Jointly with Marketing Manager, sales team and product managers team, assist in the creation of marketing materials to support visibility and growth initiatives.
• Maintain a master file copy of all sales collateral, help to identify gaps, needs and timing for collateral’s refresh in the format needed.
• Developing content marketing strategy, aligned with marketing strategy, execution of content marketing plan of actions.
• Assist in the identification and development of case studies, testimonials, white papers and videos.
• Taking care of the company printables, making sure that all marketing collateral for printing are of the needed quality; searching and contacting suitable printing houses, requesting quotes.
Digital
• Update company websites content including solutions, partner materials, vacancies, case studies, etc.
• Assist with website and lead generation analytics.
• Developing SMM strategy, aligned with marketing strategy, execution of SMM plan of actions.
• Assist with social posts for sales events and news updates.
Lead Generation
• Assist Marketing Manager in the development, execution and measurement of lead generation activities, including the development of digital assets and content.
• Support Marketing Manager and sales team in searching new prospects for lead generation campaigns within our prospecting database.
Lead Management
• Assist the sales team in responding to requests for information about our company; check and follow-up with company incoming emails and sales calls and handoff to sales team as appropriate; engage with prospects in a way that creates a superior experience.
• Enter leads/contacts/accounts/opportunities into CRM.
• Maintain our content on partner websites and update content when necessary.
2. HR
• Assist with the formatting of CVs into a company unified format, storing and updating them, within a branding identity function.
• Assist with IQ tests stage for the interviews, follow-up with HR team if necessary.
• Arrange HR/technical interviews by phone/email.
• Add new employees to the relevant MS company Groups.
• Assisting employees in following marketing and branding guidelines correctly.
3. General Support
• Answer incoming phone calls within company mobile phone.
• Assist with general project coordination duties as needed.
• Keep up with task management system, define tasks and timing if needed, prioritize.
